FULL SERVICE DESIGN

Our turn-key, Full Service Design refers to a whole home, whole room or a group of rooms, where we create a design plan from construction to the furnishing and then decorating layer. We manage every detail from concept to completion. We work with you to get your home to look like the magazine-worthy space you dreamed of. Full Service Design includes but is not limited to:

Architectural details and drawings
Construction floor plans and elevations (we have a trusted architect that we regularly work with; additional cost)
Coordination with contractors
Space planning and interior architecture
Color palette & material consultation (see material chart)
Selection of furniture and accessories
Budget planning

Pricing starts at $1,500 per room

SPACE PLANNING

This service option is right for you if you want a comprehensive design plan that you can manage procurement and installation on your own. Space Planning includes but is not limited to:

Architectural details and drawings
Idea board, shopping guide & detailed spec list for your reference throughout the project
Material selections (see material chart) & color palette
Furniture & decor plan

Pricing starts at $800 per room

INTERIOR CONCEPT

This service option is for clients who need help with the accents and accessories for an existing space to effectively furnish & style. Interior Concept includes but is not limited to:

Material selections (see material chart) & color palette
Furniture & decor plan

Pricing starts at $500 per room
